SKATEYOGI Adult Basics

This class is designed for adults who are new to skateboarding and want to learn the basics in a fun, supportive environment. Group exercises and guided practice will introduce techniques such as stance, pushing, stopping and turning. 
 
Indoor classes at SKATEYOGI - Stick around after class for half an hour of open skate (complimentary for class participants)! 

Available at SKATEYOGI - PLG and Williamsburg.

SKATEYOGI Adult Beyond the Basics

Intermediate+

​Class location: SKATEYOGI Williamsburg
Some skateboarding experience required. 
​
​This class is designed for adult skaters that are comfortable with the basics or experienced skaters coming back from retirement. We'll go to a nearby park for an outdoor sesh whenever we can. (Weather permitting)
 
Group exercises and guided practice will cover tricks such as ollies, shove-its, 180s, etc. Obstacles and ramps will also be used to challenge students in a supportive environment. Stick around for the practice sesh right afterwards!

SKATEYOGI Adult Day Camp

Must be able to skate independently

You asked for it! Why do kids get to have all the fun? Come spend the day at this adult skate camp – you will meet new friends, discover more tricks and most importantly... have lots of fun. We will take a field trip to a nearby skatepark, have lunch at Smorgasburg, and do more street skating!

In case of rain, we will get to do more indoor skatepark tricks at SKATEYOGI Williamsburg. Rental gear included.
