COVID-19 Policy

At SKATEYOGI, the safety of staff and students is our #1 priority. 

We will continue to:

• Encourage all eligible individuals to be vaccinated, whether attending indoor or outdoor classes.  
• Have HEPA Medical grade air filtration systems in place indoors.
• Not allow program participation if you are showing COVID symptoms.

Starting September 2022:

• We will no longer be checking vaccine status of participants. 
• Masks are optional. 
• Face covering may be required during periods of increased COVID risk in the NYC area. 
• Offer 1 make-up class per semester if the series meets 6 or more times if given a 24-hr advance notice.

All our staff members are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per NYC's requirement. 

COVID-19:

• If you are exposed to COVID-19, please follow the CDC guidelines. 
• If you test positive (regardless of your vaccine status): You must stay home for 5 days. If you have no symptoms or your symptoms are resolving after 5 days, you may come to SKATEYOGI. Please continue to wear a mask around others for 5 additional days. If you have a fever, continue to stay home until your fever resolves.
