Mini Skate Camp
​for Little Kids

This little kids camp program is designed for campers ages 5-7 (Entering K-2 in the fall 2024) to get an immersive experience in SKATEYOGI Day Camp in a shorter format. All skaters welcome, from absolute beginners to experienced shredders as our small groups allow us to create challenging and fun programming for any level.

Camp activities include circle time warm-ups, technique instruction, group skate games to reinforce concepts and guided sessions to practice what they've learned. Daily trips on foot to nearby outdoor skate spots as well as our indoor ramp space will provide a variety of terrain and environments for our skate adventures.

Quality Staff

All our instructors are background checked and First Aid/CPR certified. They go through extensive trainings when they onboard at SKATEYOGI. ​

Small Group Size

Our camp sizes are very small with low student to teacher ratio to provide each student with individual attention. (At least 4:1 student to teacher ratio.)​

Outdoor Time

We go to a nearby park such as McCarren (Williamsburg), Prospect Park (PLG) or skate spots for an outdoor sesh every day. Depending on the weather, we may even take the subway to a skatepark! Our day camp crew spend the majority of time outdoors as the weather permits.

Clean Space

Our indoor space equipped with a medical grade H13 HEPA air filtration is air conditioned so campers can stay cool in the summer afternoon and warm in the cold winter. Our skate shop doubles as a project space for SKATEYOGI Lab.​

A daily recap with photos are sent to parents daily so you can take a look at what your child did each day!​

Important Information

• ​​​​Once registered, the fee is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
• We do not offer makeup classes, credit, or refunds for missed camp days.​
• Late Pick Up: If you are late picking up your child, we reserve the right to charge $25 per 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time. 
• Shoes: Please have your child wear comfortable sneakers (ideally with flat soles). No open toed shoes please. 
• Rainy/Snowy Day: Please pack an extra pair of shoes.
