This multi-week Juniors series will teach students fun skate tricks, skatepark etiquette and more! The class is open level — whether someone is just starting out on a skateboard or they want to push themselves further, everyone will learn basics like stance, pushing, turning and stopping with an emphasis on having fun. Parents are welcome to hang out and watch the class in the front area.

Prorated tuition becomes available after the first week of classes. However, please note that we are unable to hold a spot with prorated rates (for example, if you would like to start 2 weeks from now, full payment for the remaining classes is required to secure your spot in advance).

Interested in Booking a Trial?

Trials for 60-min classes: $79 per class, including all the rental gear. Please email us to book. If timing works out, a day camp is also a great way to try our program before signing up for the fall program.

Class Information

Makeup Policy

One (1) makeup is offered for the Junior's series. Please email us in advance. Makeup credits do not rollover and must be used within the same semester. Subject to availability.

  • One (1) make up class if your child is registered for 6-9 classes. Two (2) make up classes if your child is registered for 10+ classes. Please provide us with advance notice.
  • No makeup is available if you are registering for 5 or less classes.
  • Please email hello@skateyogi.com as soon as possible, at least 24 hours in advance
  • Makeup credits do not roll over to the following semester
  • Once a makeup class is scheduled, we are unable to reschedule or offer another makeup if you miss the class
  • Makeup classes are subject to class availability
Important Information
  • Skateboard rental is available for all classes held at SKATEYOGI
  • Due to our small class size, classes are non-transferable and non-refundable once registered. Thank you for your understanding.
  • In order to reduce sharing, we ask that weekly series students bring their own pads and helmets. (They are available for purchase at SKATEYOGI. All the helmets we sell are certified for both skateboarding and biking.)
  • Students are encouraged to participate by themselves but parents/caregivers may be asked to join in to assist as needed.
