Summer Adventure Continues!

You have your feet on the board. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the skater who'll decide where to go...

If you are looking for skate adventure destinations, here are some of SKATEYOGI's summer favorites!

• Naugatuck Skatepark Naugatuck, CT If you have a car, it's about 1.5-2 hours from NYC, but this skatepark is also accessible by Metro North. If you want to shorten your trip, you can hop on an Uber from Bridgeport. Naugatuck has a little vibrant downtown area where you can grab coffee, breakfast etc!
• Andy A_Dog Williams Skatepark Burlington VT It's pretty far (6-7 hour drive from NYC), but this college town is accessible by bus and train from NYC – which makes it a perfect adventure destination. Lots of great food options like this cafe too! The skatepark is on the waterfront, so you can enjoy a nice view of Lake Champlain. If you have extra time, you can also go check out Talent Skatepark, an indoor skatepark inside Burton Snowboards' complex!
• St Mary's Skatepark Brooklyn NY A cozy skatepark tucked under the highway in Carroll Gardens – it provides you with much needed shaded areas to skate during the day.
