What's great about skateboarding? Most of the time we are failing. Even pros do not land their tricks all the time. This is simply because we are continuously pushing ourselves to do more. This makes the moment when we finally land on a trick so memorable. (Sometimes it takes months or even years to get it right!)

As we hear about some people trying to shield their children from experiencing failure and misery in their lives, here we are, embracing failure. Getting used to things not going your way only makes us stronger mentally and physically – Fall and get back up. Grit is one of the greatest gifts of skateboarding!
