Good Morning!! Skate weather is in full effect! Been keeping the board close by all week; never know when you'll get a chance for a quick sesh. New obstacles popping up inspiring impromptu skate jams, even if it's only 20 minutes, time slows, you're fully present and those moments throwing up a slappy grind get etched into the edges of a smile that lingers into the day. About to skate over to Skate Brooklyn for the adult beginners class at 11am and looking forward to seeing the kids back from Spring Break for classes tomorrow: Groms for the absolute beginners from 11am-noon and Shredders for the kids with some experience at 12:30-1:30pm. $20/class, no rsvp required. Kids classes next weekend on Saturday May 3, instead of Sunday!! Gonna rep skateyogi with the fam next Sunday at the 5 Borough Bike Tour so we will be holding kids classes on Saturday at the same times instead. Sorry Adults, we'll be skipping a week so you'll have to go shred on your own until the following week! Egg Hunt recap Pretty light at classes last 2 weeks due to the Spring Break but wanna give a shout-out to Chris from Skate Brooklyn for coming in to open the shop last Sunday for classes anyways. To celebrate the season we did an egg hunt on the ramp and it was a blast! With parents and grandparents looking on I think we might have created a rad new family tradition! TORRO! Skateboards proudly introduces Leo Heinert! For this weeks Clip of the Week I'm stoked to share NYC native, Leo Heinert's debut video part with you. I got to know Leo skating all the indoor spots this winter and besides absolutely killing it every time he's also a super cool dude with a permanent smile and always brings the super positive vibes to each session. See you at the skate spots!! Kevin
