Big thanks to everyone that responded to our Fall Planning Survey! The feedback was very helpful in determining a range of options for us to offer.
We are stoked to announce that registration for our Fall I season is now open! Adult Basics will return too! Fall Program for Kids SKATEYOGI's Fall 2020 Kids program builds off our experience running summer camp under COVID-19 guidance.
You choose a particular time slot and come back for that same time each week. This keeps the students in a cohort for consistency and safety. To fit the range of family needs we have sessions available on weekdays and weekends, in the morning, early afternoon and aftershool hours. For an even longer session you can sign up for back to back sessions and the student can stay with us during the 30 minute transition time (For example from 9am-3:30pm). The age range is 7-13 for series at SKATEYOGI and 9-15 for series at Golconda. These ranges are based on our experience with students in these longer format programs. Kids Under 7 We hope to offer programs for our students younger than 7 once we feel comfortable to return to shorter class lengths. Please stay tuned! In the meantime we do have limited availability for private lessons for students of all ages. It has been great welcoming students back this summer. As a parent myself, I've seen the screen time quota go out the window. It's delightful to see our students getting outside, challenging themselves and going home dirty and tired. I like to say that skateboarding can be whatever you want it to be – I sincerely hope that this fall, SKATEYOGI can offer a space for extracurricular enrichment and community to serve your family's needs! Please note, due to the longer sessions we have less spots overall than a typical Fall season. Please sign up soon to secure your spot! Please let us know if you have any questions. Namaskate! Kevin
