Yo!

Last weekend was hectic! But in a good way. Good vibes at Jyll's place friday night for Breath and Beats... saw a few skate yogis representing on the mat (and hitting the sangria bowl afterwards). Saturday's class was chill. Covered some more basics and lingo, then during open skate some neighborhood kids showed up so we taught them how to ollie and ride the mellow banks. Stoked! Then on Sunday night I got to meet a bunch of other fellow Urban Asanas teacher at a staff dinner. So tight to be a part of this community.
