Summer skate camp has been rad!!

"Reporting live from a beautiful Thursday afternoon at 51 skatepark next to JJ Byrne playground. Clear skies and a nice breeze as we skate, chill, eat lunch and work in our art journals. Today's focus is observational landscape drawing so the campers have the markers and colored pencils out working on their own interpretation of our favorite outdoor spot :) Looks like another beautiful day tomorrow so we're gonna leave as early as possible to get some early skating in at LES skatepark. We'll buddy up and ride the D train one stop to Grand and then take a short walk to underneath the Manhattan bridge. It's my favorite skatepark in the city with lots of mellow concrete waves for the kids to cruise around on. Gonna be fun!"

SKATEYOGI Classes
SKATEYOGI classes continue this weekend on the summer schedule. Turn out was so good last week we're gonna keep these going through the whole summer. SKATEYOGI presents Skate Brooklyn Adult Swim!
Still time to come shred tonight! Every Thursday evening from 8pm to midnight we're kicking the kids out of the "pool" so the adults can have some fun! Everyone is welcome regardless of ability to come hang out and skate the ramp. We even have some extra boards and gear to borrow if you need it. Nothing but good vibes for anyone who wants to try out skateboarding.
